By installing, accessing, or using the WorkBack Scheduler application ("the App"), operated by CodeStack Consulting Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"), through the monday.com marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
WorkBack Scheduler is a monday.com Board View application that helps teams plan project timelines by working backward from a deadline. The App calculates start and end dates for tasks and writes them to your monday.com board's Timeline column.
The App is accessed through your monday.com account. You must have a valid monday.com subscription and appropriate board permissions to use the App. View-only users cannot use the App's scheduling features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App offers a free tier with up to 10 schedule generations per month. The Pro subscription provides unlimited generations and is billed monthly. Pro includes a 7-day free trial.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The App accesses your monday.com board data (item names, column values) solely to generate schedules. We store your monday.com account ID and access token to provide the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The AI scheduling feature uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested timelines. AI-generated schedules are suggestions only and should be reviewed before applying. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated schedules for your specific project requirements.
When you apply a schedule, the App writes date values to the Timeline column on your monday.com board. This action overwrites existing Timeline values. You acknowledge that applied schedules modify your board data and that you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, incorrect scheduling, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
